About NSTP
The National Service Training Program is a civic education and defense preparedness program for Filipino students, designed to enhance civic consciousness and defense preparedness through various forms of service.
Our Mission
To foster civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the youth by developing their ethics of service and patriotism through relevant training programs that will motivate them to contribute to the general welfare and betterment of society.
Our Vision
To be a premier institution in developing patriotic, responsible, and productive citizens who are committed to excellence in service, dedicated to nation-building, and equipped with the skills necessary for community development.

Civic Welfare Training Service
Activities contributory to the general welfare and betterment of life for the members of the community, especially designed to enhance its socio-economic development.

Reserve Officers' Training Corps
A program designed to provide military training to tertiary level students to motivate, train, organize and mobilize them for national defense preparedness.

Program Structure
A two-semester journey of service and learning
NSTP 1 - First Semester
Foundation phase focusing on theoretical knowledge, values formation, and basic training. Students learn about civic consciousness, social responsibility, and community needs assessment.
NSTP 2 - Second Semester
Application phase where students implement community service projects, apply learned skills, and demonstrate competencies through hands-on engagement with partner communities.
Post-Program Engagement
Graduates are encouraged to join alumni organizations and continue their service to communities through volunteer work and civic initiatives.
